Welcome,

I’m April, an abstract painter and visual designer based in Kelowna, BC, Canada.

Through art I explore states of mind, new disciplines and compositions. Ultimately creating for a sense of peace. To walk away from the canvas comfortably, knowing there is nothing more to be done.

To balance other design commitments, I only release one 12-piece painting series per year. The next collection is currently in progress and will be released for a limited time to my private collectors, studio list, and then the public.

  • Yes definitely. I offer virtual previews of my artworks in different settings to help you visualize how a piece might look in your space.

    Please share the artwork's name and a photo of the space to studio@aprilkay.com, and I'll provide you with a preview.

  • Absolutely! I'm open to creating custom artworks and commissions. Please reach out to studio@aprilkay.com to get started.

  • Yes! I offer shipping all over the world. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please reach out to studio@aprilkay.com for a shipping estimate.

  • While I don't offer framing services directly, I can provide recommendations and arrange for a frame to be made and fitted to your artwork.

    Naturally this will add additional time and value to shipping.

  • Yes, all of my artworks come signed and dated. You will receive a certificate of authenticity to verify their origin and quality.

  • Proper care is essential for preserving your artwork over time. I will provide tailored care instructions with your purchase.

  • To view my available artworks please visit the latest collection page. To purchase, simply add an item to your cart and continue through the checkout.

  • After 30 days all sales are final.
